Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your USparkle Squad account and your training records at any time. There is nothing to pay and you do not need to give a reason.
How to ask
Email privacy@usparkle.app from the address on your account, telling us your full name and, if you have one, your certificate number. The button below opens your email app with all of that ready to fill in.
Request account deletionWhat we delete
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- Your training progress and the lessons you have opened.
- Your test scores and pass dates.
- The one-way device code linked to your training place.
- Any unused training invitation sent to you.
- Your bookings history and saved addresses, if you also used USparkle Squad as a customer.
What we have to keep
- Certificates you already hold stay on our verification list so employers can still check them. We remove your name from the record on request, which makes the certificate unverifiable from then on.
- Invoices and payment records we must keep for HMRC — normally six years. These are kept for tax only and are not used for anything else.
- Records we are required to keep after a reported accident, damage claim or safety incident.
How long it takes
We confirm your request within 3 working days and finish the deletion within 30 days.
If your employer bought your training place, we also tell them the place is now free — they see that the place is unused again, not why.
Deleting cannot be undone. If you take the course again later, you start from the beginning.
